Community Helpers

This week, we have been studying community helpers!  Finley's dad works for the Wildlife Agency and came to talk to us and show us some cool animal pelts and skulls!  Thank you, Mr. Jeff!!!

Pizza Friday!

To go along with our pizza bulletin board and unit on the five senses, we had Pizza Friday!  We did lots of fun pizza activities, including our favorite topping graph, Pizza Pie poem, and of course, making our own pizzas!!!

These are students who are taking speech class. They are reading books to my students to work on their oral expression. My kids loved it!

Back to school bulletin board

First Grade pizzeria!! This is the board in the hallway between our two first grade classrooms! Each class has its own pizza, with the student names on the pepperonis! We are not quite finished, because we are going to take pictures of our students next week with a chef hat on, and we will add those to the board! I will post another picture then! I can't wait for our kids to see this board!!
